Observation of Radio Cairo on May 13

EGYPT   Observation of Radio Cairo on May 13. All transmissions are via
transmitters in Abis. The transmitters in Abu Zaabal are off at present
except probably only 1. Many of these frequencies have severe technical
problems such as extreme distortion, low modulation or undermodulation.
