UNIDENTIFIED station, playing Egyptian music on 9600 kHz

UNIDENTIFIED    A station, playing Egyptian music, was heard on 9600 kHz on
Febr.12, 2015. It signed on at approximately 1101 UTC with 1 kHz test tone,
followed by a long Arabic folk song at 1105 UTC and signed off at 1113 UTC.
The station is very similar to the one that the Egyptian DX-er Tarek Zeidan
heard a few months ago 1116-1131 UTC on 9400 kHz. Two videos on February 12
