North Korea is to move its time zone back by 30 minutes

NORTH KOREA   On August 15 North Korea is to move its time zone back by
30 minutes, so that local time will be GMT+8.5 h. This puts North Korea
back to the situation before 1912, when Japanese imperialists put Korea
into the same time zone as Japan. Do you expect this change to shortwave
broadcasts of KCBS Pyongyang, Pyongyang BS and Voice of Korea. Full A-15
