Identifying an Arabic utility station on 12800 kHz

About two weeks ago, on 31st July, at 0904 UTC (noon local time) we received an unidentified station in Arabic on 12800 kHz USB (in the 12 MHz maritime band). Propagation at that time of the day in the summer does not favor long-range reception in that band and the propagation was generally poor, but our 25 meters band inverted V dipole once again proved to be a good performer. You may find recording below. Any help in identifying the station would be appreciated.

  2. The station does not identify itself. It is obviously traffic w/ships. Probably an occasional use of voice by one of the coastal stations. An Egyptian broadcasting close to that frequency would be SUH Alexandria Radio listed on 12577 kHz. Anyway, it must have been a one-off. 73!
