Voice of Indonesia was back on shortwave on August 12

INDONESIA   Voice of Indonesia was back on shortwave on August 12, after more than
five months absence from around March 1. But on August 12 with very low modulation
1815-1855 on  9526 JAK 250 kW / 290 deg to WeEu Chinese, instead of German
From 1900 nominal frequency 9525 kHz is totally blocked by CRI in Russian.
