    The powers that be on HM01 have "slipped up" a couple of times recently: this one and an earlier mistake the day before (as reported by Ary to me-- his message has been slightly edited for republication):

    10860 21-08-2016 0557 - 0604, 0604 - 0605 HM01 AM/RDFT
    Stops and restarts at 0604 UTC. Off at 0605 UTC

    10345 21-08-2016 0605 - 0650 (?) HM01 AM/RDFT
    Switched from 10860 kHz at 0605 UTC

    (I assume HM01 went off at the normal time; according to Ary the 9330 frequency was on by 0706 UT with regular switching.)
