Important information for B20 HFCC Conference in Sofia, Bulgaria

BULGARIA   At this point, the B20 HFCC/ASBU Coordination Conference is
scheduled for Sofia, Bulgaria on 24-28 August 2020. Due to the ongoing
Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation it is recommended that members should
NOT make any travel bookings for the B20 conference at this time. This
includes flight, hotel bookings and making any arrangements for visas.
The HFCC Steering Board is monitoring the situation closely, will make
a final decision at our June 10th meeting regarding whether, or not to
proceed with the conference. We will contact members shortly before
the June 10 meeting to check your status and to ask your opinion about
attending the conference in Sofia. Meantime, online registration for
